Results 2014-2015 7th and FINAL relay with Rankings.

Winter has come to an end.

Snow is melting, the birds are chirping, the days get longer, the temperatures rise day by day.

And our little international shoot has come to an end . . .  at least for this year. HOPEFULLY, next year we will repeat it.

Congratulations go to ALL shooters. Shooting during the short days in the dark recesses of our minds at sneaky, miniature, silhouettes is a challenge and, sometimes, an exercise in patience and perseverance.

A few of us had to drop out due to medical difficulties; that is alright, life happens and shooters need to take this into account as well as all other factors. It was very comforting to receive all the comments and good will wishes. THANK YOU ALL!

And now to the rankings:

In Pistol:
Uli Springer pulled forth with ONE point over Fred Mannis to take first place. Fred took a very honourable second place, the third and fourth places also were decided by ONE point. So  . . . keep shooting, my friends, next year that point may go the other way!

In Rifle:
Peter Lamprecht shot an incredible 237/240 to take an undisputed first place.
In second place it was very refreshing to see a veteran tie with the new generation. Definitely Silhouette has a future in Austria.
Third place belonged to Matt Brackett

Probably more important than the placings is that all shooters saw an improvement of their scores over the winter. A season when we usually see our reflexes and conditioning go to waste little by little.

So, thanks again to all that participated. See you next year!
